BOLT Introduce Loyalty Program, Token of Appreciation for Loyal Customers

Jakarta, October 19th 2017 – BOLT, a pioneer of 4G LTE in Indonesia offers “BOLT VIP”, a Loyalty Program for BOLT Prepaid users. This program is a special appreciation from BOLT to all loyal pre-paid customers, in the form of various benefits such as special bonus quota, special discount for Trade In program and many more.

BOLT Loyalty Program have 4 tiers; Bronze Member is for customers stay with us for more than 2 months, Silver Member for more than 1 year, Gold Member for more than 2 years and Platinum Member for more than 3 years. Based on those tiers, customers are eligible for getting special bonus quota up to 30% and special discount up to 50% for trade-in program of MiFi device. On top of those, Platinum and Gold Member can get a free MiFi device in case being migrated from pre-paid to postpaid contract. Additional bonus quota benefit will be provided for every purchase of Super Flex minimum Rp 99.000.
