Desk research is conducted to obtain data that describes the performances of the company, reflecting the achievements of CEO in achieving the target. Meanwhile, quantitative data is obtained through telephone interviews and online surveys to groups of jobseekers, entrepreneurs and workers throughout area of Indonesia, including to employees who have work at the managerial level. Telephone interview was conducted in five major cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar and Bandung with a total of 4,000 respondents.
